At a young age, I realized my hospitality brought so much joy to people I love. I’ve actually been planning my birthday parties since I was eight, and I knew I wanted to create these beautiful experiences for everyone. Today, my eye for design and soul that sees beauty in every style help me create breathtaking moments for all kinds of people.

One of the sweetest parts of my job is building tight-knit relationships with clients. When I understand your vision, values, who you are as a couple or company, and your passions as individuals, I begin to see your dream event take shape. And after years of planning weddings, I still tear up every time I send a couple down the aisle to a life of love.

As an Austin-based planner, I’ve planned hundreds of local, domestic and international events and weddings. At SXSW, I worked as the lead client event coordinator and planned parties for Google, TikTok, HBO, and Paramount Pictures.

At the core, I’m a problem solver with a penchant for parties. I live life in the details, and I believe a personalized planning experience is the best way to give you complete peace of mind on your big day. Let's plan your dream event!

As a native Austinite with over 10 years of wedding planning experience, Hailey has worked with nearly every venue in the city. Not only does she plan some of the most incredible events in Austin, Houston, and Dallas, but she also coaches other planners through Refine for Wedding Planners. And she created software that planners use to track and communicate event details.

Hailey believes the most successful weddings are created out of a trusting relationship with her clients. So her first call goes beyond your vision for wedding design–she wants to understand who you are as a couple and how you want to feel at your celebration. Then, she leverages her deeper understanding of each partner to create an intricate experience that makes you both feel like she’s crafted your dream wedding.

Michaela has never needed a special occasion to inspire a party. She’s a natural-born host who believes that nailing the details elevates any event from beautiful to truly memorable. After planning parties for years, Michaela discovered her passion for weddings while planning her own.

She’s  a California native turned proud Texan, who values family and kindness over everything. That’s why Michaela uses her impeccable eye for detail to create events that are meaningful to the bride, the groom, and their loved ones. She knows the smallest elements sometimes bring the most joy!
